SPECIFYING A CONFIG FOLDER Ok...normally houdini looks at $HFS/houdini/config If you work in a production environment, or on a network where people are running houdini on a network, this can be handy. Step One: Copy the config folder in $HFS/houdini/config Step Two: Open your $HOME/.bashrc Step Three: Set a variable for the new config path Step Four: after the line with the new variable enter: export HOUDINI_PATH="$NEWCONFIG;&"
