When using a texture VOP, or any...
If you use RGB values, it is a vector
If you use RGBA vaules, it is an hvector
In the hvector case below, it creates a vector, and then a separate fourth float from the alpha which is used for the bias.
In the texture VOP, make sure border color is set to 0, 0, 0, 0 the default of 0, 0, 0, 1 will cause the alpha to be 1 and you won't see the other picture
